This 65m2 apartment next to the ROSE TREMIERE gite with beams of Perigord tradition can accommodate up to 6 people.
The living room includes a sofa, a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, microwave and fridge and dishwasher.
The bedroom has a double bed and a separate room of a small hallway with 1 single bed of 90 and 2 bunk beds.
Another bed of 90 is on the mezzanine above the living room - the kids love this little corner under the roof!
The bathroom includes a bath / shower, sink and toilet.
The sun terrace all day is shared with the apartment ROSE TREMIERE and separated by a lattice of plants with the apartment next door.
Magnificent view of: the swimming pool, the playground and the surrounding countryside.
A garden lounge is provided for 6 people with umbrella and barbecue. This cottage is suitable for short stays (except high season).
