This 65m2 apartment next to the cottage LES IRIS beams tradition Perigord can accommodate up to 6 people. The living room includes a sofa bed, a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, microwave and fridge.
The bedroom has a double bed and a separate room a small hallway with 1 single bed of 90. Another bed of 90 is on the mezzanine above the living room.
The bathroom includes a bath / shower, sink and toilet.
The sunny terrace all day is shared with the apartment LES IRIS and separated by a lattice of plants with the neighboring apartment.
Magnificent views of: the swimming pool, the playground and the surrounding countryside.
This cottage is suitable for short stays (except high season).
